Use the recovery phrase you previously set while signed in. If you have not set one, contact your administrator. No email is sent.
Set up account recovery
Choose a secret phrase of 16–72 characters that you can remember. Avoid names, dates and publicly known facts. Store it separately from your password. Saving replaces any existing recovery phrase.
Password storage notice: this deployment retains a readable copy when you set a new password or enroll recovery. Database administrators can access that copy. Use a password unique to RentCentral. Recovery phrases are stored as hashes.
